General Terms and Conditions for Training by the Commodity Risk Management Academy

These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all training courses provided to the customer by the Commodity Risk Management Academy.

Registration

Registration for our training courses can be done by filling in the online registration form available on our website (http://www.commodity-rm-academy.com). The Commodity Risk Management Academy confirms the placement and issues the customer with the corresponding invoice for prepayment. The invoice is payable net 30 days from date of invoice, but at least 2 weeks before the start of the training. In the case of last minute registration, the payment has to be made 2 days prior to the training date. Only payments received prior to the training course can be considered and entitle to participation.

Cancellation conditions

After registration, customers may cancel their registration for any Course by providing The Commodity Risk Management with a minimum of six weeks’ written notice. The Commodity Risk Management Academy will charge € 50,- for administrative costs. If Customer’s notice for cancellation is between three and six weeks prior to the training, 50% of the Course Fee shall remain chargeable. Cancellation of a course shorter than three weeks prior to training, gives no right on substitution. Rebooking in favour of a substitute participant is possible at any time free of charge.

On all our training courses the general terms and conditions of Jansen TOP are applicable. These terms and conditions are deposited at the Chamber of Commerce. Please let us know if you would like to have these send to you.
